Research Associate II
Danielle is passionate about making the most of data!  She brings a rich lived experience to her position, with a background in public health, research, evaluation & non-profit program implementation.  Her educational background includes degrees in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention and Nonprofits from the University of Southern California (USC); and Evaluation & Applied Research from Claremont Graduate University. While living in California, she worked in community-health research studying childhood obesity & served as the data lead for various nonprofit agencies, some addressing housing insecurity & housing living standards. She then moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she recently served as the Data & Evaluation Senior Manager for a family-economic mobility pilot studying the “benefits cliff,” a phenomenon which occurs when a family loses public benefits due to their increase in income.
 
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hanging out at her local coffee shop or searching for a unique find at a thrift store!
