Lisseth Guerra is a bilingual public health researcher who brings strategic insight and methodological rigor to Strategic Prevention Solutions. With a Master's in Public Health from Florida International University, Lisseth has built her career at the intersection of community health, program evaluation, and data-driven decision-making. 

Lisseth specializes in mixed-methods research design, monitoring and evaluation, and community-based participatory research that drives impactful studies to inform policy and practice. Her work has pioneered cross-sector collaboration initiatives, spearheaded the integration of GIS mapping technologies in municipal health departments, and developed innovative evaluation strategies that prioritize community voices and lived experiences. She consistently focuses on identifying health inequities and informing evidence-based solutions that create meaningful impact.

Throughout her career with organizations including the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), the City of York Bureau of Health, and the Florida Department of Health, Lisseth has demonstrated a commitment to capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. She brings both technical expertise in tools like ArcGIS, NVivo, and Qualtrics, and a deep understanding of community-based research approaches that center equity and learning.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Lisseth is dedicated to supporting organizations in strengthening their evaluation practices and using data to drive continuous improvement and community-centered change.

Outside of work, Lisseth likes to explore bookstores and neighborhood coffee shops, spending time with family, and dreaming up her next cultural adventure abroad.
