Over the past ten years, Pat has worked alongside countless organizations, helping them see evaluation not just as a requirement, but as a pathway to greater impact. Her approach goes beyond simply collecting data – she helps organizations build their internal capacity to understand and use evaluation effectively.
"When people think of engaging in an evaluation, what often comes to mind is a lot of effort that just gets in the way of the real work," Pat reflects. "Over my career and specifically the last 10 years at SPS, I have had the opportunity to show people the power that comes with evaluation—how information can be used to benefit their programs and their local communities."
Building Lasting Relationships & Securing Resources
Pat's impact is evident in the lasting relationships she's built with client organizations, many of whom have partnered with her through multiple projects. Her evaluation reports have helped communities secure additional funding and informed decision-makers about crucial community needs. But perhaps most importantly, she's helped organizations see how data can drive real program improvements.

Drawing from over 30 years of evaluation experience, Pat has also played a vital role in mentoring junior staff at SPS, sharing her expertise and strengthening our team's capacity to serve communities effectively.
