When you evaluate your programming, it is important to develop a plan for how you will share your findings. Sharing findings should go beyond just reporting back to your funder. You should consider who deserves to know your findings (like those affected by your programming), who could benefit from knowing your findings (like the larger community), and whose needed support or buy-in you could garner by sharing your findings (like policymakers). Use this worksheet to develop a dissemination plan, or how you will share the findings from your evaluation. This resource will help you consider the audience, contributors, timeline, and actions necessary to disseminate findings for each of your evaluation products.
