In 2006, The Division of Violence Prevention in the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published this compendium of surveys and questions to measure intimate partner violence victimization and perpetration. This resources provides researchers, evaluators, intervention specialists, and prevention practitioners with a compilation of tools to measure victimization from and perpetration of intimate partner violence. It includes more than 20 measures for victimization and perpetration organized according to the type of violence, including physical violence, sexual violence, psychological/emotional abuse, and stalking. This list of survey question measures helps make informed decisions about scales.
