Social, behavioral, and public health programming is a journey. As with any journey, you must pace yourself and plan well to arrive at your destination in a good way. This worksheet will help you recognize the signs, red flags, of overextending your various resources so you and your team can do your work more efficiently. Identifying red flags will help you know if you need to shift your resources or programming so that you are more practical and sustainable. You may discover that you have some red flags and not be where you want to be in response to the questions in this worksheet. That's okay. Doing this worksheet exercise will help you have the important and hard conversations needed to improve things.
